I confess to being a tortilla addict. I grew up eating them with just a slice of cheese melted between them. I have used them for tacos. I have used them for burritos, enchiladas, and of course, wraps. They are not always the healthy choice, but in moderation, they are a great vessel for sandwiches in a slightly easier to eat manner. Since I keep them on hand all the time, I decided to throw together one of my favorite combinations to share with you. This little Weight Watchers Lunch wrap is a favorite option alongside some carrots and frozen grapes for a hearty and balanced lunch.
Ingredients
1 Fat-Free Flour Tortilla
3 oz. turkey breast
1 wedge Laughing Cow Swiss Cheese
3 sun-dried tomatoes, not in oil
¼ cup spinach
How to Make a Turkey Wrap
Spread Laughing Cow cheese over tortilla.
Layer turkey, spinach, tomatoes onto a tortilla.
Roll starting at one side and keeping tight until rolled and able to cut in half or warp and serve whole.

While I usually keep Laughing Cow Swiss on hand, I have found they also have other flavors like sun-dried tomato and garlic and herb. You can easily add any of these flavors instead of the plain Swiss if you prefer. They are all within a few calories of each other and should calculate pretty similarly.
