One of the hardest parts of doing Weight Watchers for me is not having dessert. This Nutella Cookies Recipe my friend Kari made for us, isn't what I imagined would fit into my routine, but it actually works out great. A regular cookie isn't satisfying to me. However, one of these cookies has that delicious chocolate I want, some crunch from the peanuts, and of course the sweetness I am craving. While it is higher in points than other desserts, it is still a perfect choice for my cravings. I just have to make sure I limit to just one serving.

One of my favorite things about this Nutella Cookies Recipe is the fact that it doesn't require a ton of ingredients. While I like the addition of chopped peanuts, you can leave those out, or substitute a different nut if you prefer. Just remember to recalculate the point values if you do that.
An ungreased cookie sheet is perfect for this, but I honestly prefer using my silicone baking mats when making any cookies. They slide off so easily, never stick, and clean up is so simple. If you don't have them already, you'll want to invest. They are so inexpensive and work wonders in your baking.
