There are all kinds of diet books out there with recipes for pork chops, and we have found a few from Weight Watchers that will work with most popular diet plans. Spice-Rubbed Pork Chops
If you love a good spice rub on your pork chops, you are going to love this low-calorie recipe. It has plenty of flavor, and these pork chops will taste like a bit of heaven in your mouth. The longer and slower you cook them, the tenderer they are going to be. Just remember not to overcook so they won’t be dry.
Ingredients
- 4 ½ inch thick pork chops or pork tenderloins (5 ounces each)
- 1 ½ teaspoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pound uncooked green snap beans, steamed
- ½ teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- Low-fat cooking spray
Directions
- Preheat the broiler, and coat the pan with low-fat cooking spray.
- In a bowl, mix sugar, chili powder cumin and dry spices. Slowly add Worcestershire sauce, stirring until the mixture turns into a paste. This will be your spice rub.
- Rub the spice paste into each side of the pork chops, making sure to get each piece nicely coated with seasonings.
- Place seasoned pork chops onto the greased pan and place pan inside broiler. Broil for four minutes on each side. Make sure the meat is no longer pink.
- Steam the green beans. Serve pork chops with the beans drizzled with fresh lemon juice.

- Prepare potatoes any way you like them. If baked, do this before cooking the pork chops as they take much less time to cook. You can always turn them into twice baked potatoes with bit of cheese on top during the last few minutes while the oven is on broil.
- Preheat the broiler, and coat the pan with low-fat cooking spray.
- Mix all of the seasonings and bread crumbs in a large freezer bag.
- Put eggs in a small bowl, and flour in another small bowl. Coat pork chops in flour, then in egg.
- Place pork chops in the bag, one at a time, and give it a shake to make sure they are fully coated with seasonings.
- Place seasoned pork chops onto the greased pan and place pan inside broiler. Broil for four minutes on each side. Make sure the meat is no longer pink. Serve with potatoes.

- 4 5-ounce center cut pork loin chops
- ½ C pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 large egg white, lightly beaten
- ⅓ C bread crumbs
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Cooking spray
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray broiler pan with low-fat cooking spray.
- Make sure all fat is trimmed from pork chops with a sharp knife.
- In a small bowl, combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and egg and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine the bread crumbs and dry seasonings.
- Dip pork chops into the wet mixture, followed by the dry mixture so they are fully coated with seasonings.
- Place pork chops in prepared broiler pan, and place in oven. Cook for 50 minutes, or until meat is tender and no longer pink inside.
- Turn after 25 minutes.

Get your slow cooker ready, and enjoy this easy and delicious recipe from Weight Watchers.
Ingredients
- 4 5-ounce pork chops, about 1 inch thick, fat removed
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- ¼ C low-sodium soy sauce
- ¼ C low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tablespoon packed, light brown sugar
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon instant tapioca
- Salt and pepper
- Low-fat cooking spray
- 1 C uncooked Minute Rice
- 1 C low-sodium chicken broth
Directions
- Coat a large skillet with low-fat cooking spray.
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper, and brown the pork chops over medium heat for a minute or two on each side, or until meat has a golden color. Reserve the drippings in the skillet.
- Place pork chops in slow cooker.
- Add garlic to drippings, stirring constantly on medium-low heat until garlic is golden but not brown. Stir in soy sauce, chicken broth, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes. Continue stirring constantly until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add the tapioca.
- Pour liquid mixture on top of pork chops. Cover, and cook on low for four to six hours, or until you can pull the meat apart with a fork.
- Serve with white rice seasoned with low-fat chicken broth.

I have not tried any of these recipes yet, but I clicked on them thinking and hoping they would have the Weight Watcher's point listed for each recipe. I am disappointed they aren't included.

I thought that was a bummer too but they're actual weight watchers recipes. When you go to track it it pulls up as a recipie in the app and shows the points.
