Healthy Veggie Dip Recipe
I will say right away, this veggie dip contains that classic package of vegetable dip mix. A lot of people really avoid using this because of the sodium content. I get that. I truly understand, and yes, I tend to avoid excessive sodium too when I can. However, sometimes it is just an option I have on hand because I need something to snack on that I can control and enjoy. This veggie dip helps me eat more vegetables, and is satisfying. That keeps me from binging on things like chips and cheese dip. So, this is one of those options I have no guilt about. However, make the choice that suits you best!
Ingredients for Veggie Dip:
8 oz. Fat-Free Cream Cheese
½ cup Low Fat Sour Cream
4 Tablespoon Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix
¼ cup 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese
How to Make Healthy Veggie Dip?
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. If your cream cheese is too stiff, allow to sit out for a few minutes to soften.
Mix in soup mix and cheddar cheese until well incorporated.
Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to combine.

I love that this gives you tons of flavor making eating veggies easier to manage. This veggie dip makes around 2 cups of dip. So, for ¼ cup of dip, with veggies, I can have a great snack that is healthy and low in points. That's why this is my go-to dip to make when I head out to friends for parties or gatherings!
Serve this veggie dip with some sliced carrots, celery, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, and my favorite sugar snap peas. If you have extra calories or points to use, crackers are great. I love the garden vegetable wheat crackers, but they add up fast, so I try to eat just the veggies with this dip!
