Slow Cooker Easy Buffalo Chicken Dip is probably my all-time favorite dip to make. I love that I can throw everything in the slow cooker and within a couple of hours it is ready to go. It is good anytime but, I tend to make this recipe more during the summer cookout season and tailgating seasons just because it is so easy. You probably already have most of what you need in the kitchen already.
Slow Cooker Easy Buffalo Chicken Dip
If you prefer to save time making this recipe, you can easily use shredded rotisserie chicken. In our house, chicken breasts are cooked at least once a week in the Instant Pot or slow cooker to be shredded for various recipes. Either way works great. I've even seen this made with drained canned chicken breast.
Tip: You can easily lower the fat, calories, and WW Points by using fat-free cheeses.
How to Serve Buffalo Chicken Dip
Traditionally most dips are served with tortilla chips. If you are trying to cut back on carbohydrates or calories, you may want to use vegetables instead. Carrot and celery sticks are the best vegetables for dipping. I also love using Good Thins crackers or even making my own tortillas using the Ole Xtreme Whole Wheat Tortillas. Just cut into triangles and air fry until crisp!
