This tasty WW PersonalPoints™ chicken recipe is a perfect addition to your menu that is packed with flavor and tender every time!
Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ¼ teaspoon dried sage
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Pat dry the chicken breasts and coat in salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, and sage so both sides are well seasoned.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the chicken breasts for 7 to 8 minutes, then flip. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Continue cooking for 4 to 5 minutes or until cooked through and an internal temperature of 165°F.
Notes
Serve with rice and vegetables for a tasty low point recipe.
