Wash and cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.  Then, pour into a bowl and toss with olive oil to coat.

To the bowl of vegetables, add the salt, black pepper, and Parmesan.  Toss well so all vegetables are coated nicely.

{Pour the vegetable mixture into the air fryer basket and spread evenly.  Then cook them for 5 minutes at 400°F.

Stir the vegetables or shake them, and then continue cooking them for 3 to 5 minutes until they are tender and browned.
