This change will remove the brown rice, potatoes, and whole wheat pasta from the zero point food list. It is rumored that avocado and corn will also be removed.
While non-fat plan Greek yogurt has been zero points for several plans, they have finally decided to add fat-free cottage cheese to the list!

While it won't be identical, it is definitely closer in style and points as the past popular plan, Freestyle and Blue Plan.
